My role as an Elite Lifestyle & Weight Management Consultant is to help you continue doing good things while you get use to do ing the things you need to do tho get to your fitness goals.

Most personal trainers have a strong working knowledge in exercise science. Their knowledge of nutrition, counseling and behavioral change is generally not as strong.

Registered dietitians have strong working knowledge in nutrition, counseling and possibly behavioral change, but their knowledge of exercise science is generally not as strong.

My LifeStyle Personal Goal...







I rode my first waves when I was nine

and ever since I haven't stop riding.

Body boarding is where it all started for me

I got inspired to make a career in physical education and fitness

thanks to the inspiration from the ocean and the waves.

I enjoy surfing, and some times I like

to Stand up paddle because it is one

of the best training for balance and core strength

Long boarding it's SUPER FUN! too.

My mother pushed me in to my first rides

when I was a little kid. She took me and

my brother to the beach almost every day. I spend all day playing with the waves.

when I was twelve, I started going by myself and competing.

In 1992 I did my first international contest. In Barbados with the Surfing Federation from Puerto Rico and won the event!.

After that I kept trying hard and got sponsors that helped me participate in the international body boarding association tour (I.B.A) and had the privilege to go to many events around the world.

Pipe line is one of my favorites waves in the Hawaii.

I use to read about it in magazines and watch surf videos all day long.

The Pipe line contest is the most prestigious

event in the sport of Body boarding.

There are many reasons why this wave is unique

and special.

After seven times competing in this event "I'm still trying to figure it out"There is some thing special about only four guys outwith amazing perfect waves only for us.

Personal Training became

my career and passion early in life

because of how I decided to

look and feel about

many circumstances in my life.

I grew up close to the ocean,

and surf was always there for me to

inspire me In all those

"growing up" experiences.

I learned that training and meditation

practice helps us transform energy

get patience and strength to get by many obstacles.

Even tough I do not like rats very much,

a "gym rat" is the best animal to

describe me as a personal trainer in

fitness terms.

Wave Physical Training got me

out of the RAT RACE.

I Have a strong back ground in the gym because

it's what I did most of my college years

studying Physical Education, just learning

every thing about everything in the gym.
