Most people on traditional weight loss programs have a problem with maintaining regular physical activity and weight management.
High amounts of exercise and weight loss regimens have been proven not to work. Also, regain of lost weight is nearly a certainty for most individuals.
It's not an easy task to maintain management.
But once we start training you will experience how you dramatically:
* Increased energy level
* Lower your cholesterol levels
* Reduce your blood pressure
* Reduced aches and pains
To show yout I really care, here's how I'm going to help you...
First: Be ready, and be sure you want to have a turning point. You need a goal, a personal goal that is simple and attainable, and of course you need to have a structure plan.
Second: the program needs to be individualized. I like to say everybody's body is different, so are fitness goals.
Third: you need to have structure in your personal training. You need to be able to see where you are and where you're going clearly.
To provide perspectives on what may enable individuals to successfully adapt to exercise and appropriate eating, a number of individual factors are associated with changes in health behaviors.
Fourth: Have professional assistance. When your computer gets a bad virus what do you do? Most people take their computers to the genius, or take their broken cars the mechanic, and have them fixed.
Why do we hesitate to get professional weight loss assistance?...
When it comes down to the human body, the most complex machine in the world.
Although most overweight people understand the need to lose weight and be more physically active, long term maintenance is extremely difficult for most.
My clients experience many benefits once they start on this amazing program.
The results?...
* Improved mobility
* Improve your breathing
* Help you sleep better and wake more rested
Studies on exercise adherence show that:
Approximately 50 to 65% of new and returning participants drop out of physical activity regimens within the initial three to six months, and 80% drop out in fitness clubs after the first 8 months.
One of the solutions for this problem is a Personal Trainer.

There is some confusion around the precise meaning of the terms weight loss, overweight, over fat, and obesity as they pertain to body composition and risks of health problems.
In proper context, the term "overweight" simply refers to a body weight that exceeds some predetermined average for a specific height. A person who is over weight has usually experience an increase in body fat, but not always, in the case of muscular athletes.
It is certainly possible for an individual to be over weight or over fat, but not show the conditions that I have mentioned here.
The term "obesity" refers to the over fat condition that accompanies lots of conditions, including components of the metabolic syndrome:
Obesity is a multifaceted disorder with a common final outcome, whereby energy intake exceeds energy used, leading to an excess accumulation of body fat. The average body weight of American adults has increased by 8 pounds over the last 20 years, and today approximately 66% of Americans are classified as either overweight or obese.
One of the goals of the U.S initiative entitled Healthy People 2010 is to reduce the percentage of obese adults to less than 15% and to develop strategies to prevent overweight and obesity.
However I know this goal is far from being attained.
